Mary is an acclaimed speaker and facilitator presenting keynotes,
training, and leadership development programs to diverse audiences and
organizations from around the world. With more than twenty years
operational experience with Fortune 500 companies, she is co-author of
the book The Voice of Leadership,
which focuses on strategies and tactics to develop managers into great
leaders. For six years, Mary shared her knowledge, experience, and best
practices as a consultant for the Disney Institute,
assisting leaders and organizations. Mary is a Certified Master
Leadership Challenge® Workshop, qualified by the American
Management Association (AMA) International to administer the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, Emotional Intelligence EQ-i®, EQ-360®, and TESI® instruments. She also facilitates The Five
Dysfunctions of a Team® and
EISA® Emotional Intelligence workshops. A graduate of Dale Carnegie®
Training in 1988, Mary became a
certified trainer of the Dale Carnegie® Course impacting hundreds of
students until she retired in 2001. She received her B.S. degree in
education from Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from Rollins
